I was recently interviewed for HowtoBecome.TV by Jayce Broda, a social entrepreneur in his own right, who aspires to “tell stories of those in the business of change.” It is an honor to be included. I hope you enjoy my very first interview on social entrepreneurship, social enterprise, and building a career in the social economy.

David Parker makes some very powerful and insightful statements. I support his comment about aligning your behaviors (contribution, making a difference, etc.) with finding balance in your life. Realizing your true human capacity – wonderful! I am in the business (for profit
) of helping managers and salespersons to achieve their capacity. I see in David’s comments the passion he has about this topic. I believe passion is the definitive characteristic that allows each of us to reach our potential and use our capacity wisely. I don’t believe, regardless of your financial success, that you will ever reach your human potential if you ignore your social responsibility, your duty to give back to society in some form.
